| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1 1/2
| cup | Carrot, shredded | | 1
| cup | Zucchini, finely sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 8
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic | | 1/2
| tsp | Fennel | | 1
| tsp | Basil | | 1
| tsp | Oregano | | 1
| tsp | Brown sugar | | 1
| cup | Part-skim mozzarella cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesan cheese |

Procedures:
