Ingredients:
12 ozDry fettucini
2 cupEvaporated skim milk
4 Cloves garlic, minced or
6 tbspGrated parmesan cheese
1/4 cupChopped fresh parsley
Ground pepper to taste
2 cupChopped and steamed
-vegetables of choice
Procedures:
1Cook pasta according to directions.
2Drain.
3Place pasta in a large nontick saute" pan along with milk and garlic.
4Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
5Add cheese.
6Continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
7Stir in parsley and black pepper.
8Add steamed vegetables.
