| cup | Lobster meat -- coarsely | | | Chopped | | 3/4
| cup | Swiss cheese -- grated | | 3/4
| cup | Cheddar cheese -- grated | | 1
| small | Onion | | 1
| | Clove garlic | | 1/4
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Tarragon | | 1
| tsp | Parsley | | | Salt and pepper -- to taste | | 1
