Diced cooked lobster meat

Dry sherry wine

Egg yokes

Light cream

Worcestershire sauce
Procedures:

Heat lobster meat in butter in top of double boiler.

Add sherry and cook 1 min. combine egg yokes, cream and worcestershire sauce and add to lobster.

Cook mixture slowly until thick.

Serve on toast points.
