Ingredients:

| cup | Grated sharp cheddar cheese | | 1 1/2
| cup | Flaked halibut | | 1
| cup | Finely chopped onion | | 1
| pack | Frozen chopped broccoli | | | -- thawed and drained | | 1 1/3
| cup | Milk | | 3
| | Eggs | | 3/4
| cup | Bisquick baking mix | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Minced garlic | | 1/8
| tsp | Dried thyme leaves |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10" greased pie plate. | | 2 | Beat milk, eggs, bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. | | 3 | Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture. | | 4 | Bake 400 °F. | | 5 | For 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. | | 6 | Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese. | | 7 | Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. | | 8 | Garnish with tomato and parsley. |
