Ingredients:
1 xChicken breasts, cut into l
1 cupCream of chicken soup (spec.
1 cupCream of celery soup
1 cupChicken broth (swanson's 1/3
1 eachMargarine, melted
1 cupMilk
1 ea Frozen peas & carrots, (defr
1 cupSelf-rising flour
1 tspBaking powder
Procedures:
1Grease baking dish.
2Place chicken on bottom of dish.
3Mix soups and broth and pour over chicken.
4Scatter peas and carrots over top.
5Mix milk and melted margarine.
6Add a little bit of flour and baking powder at a time to the milk and margarine.
7(whisk smooth while adding).
8Pour over soup layer.
9Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour.
10Crust will bake up to top and brown.
