Ingredients:
2 cupTofu, well broken up
1 cupWholewheat breadcrumbs
1 smallOnion, finely chopped
1 tbspNatural soy sauce (or to
-taste)
1 cupWholewheat flour
1 tspOregano
1/4 tspBasil
Procedures:
1Combine the ingredients well in a large bowl, kneading the mixture a little to help it hold together.
2Shape the mixture into balls and shallow- or deep-fry them.
3Use these with spaghetti or bake them in the oven with a nice italian-style tomato sauce (see recipe in this conference).
4Bake at 350?for about half an hour
