| | 9" unbaked pie shell |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix sugar and flour together. | | 2 | Add eggs, then margarine. | | 3 | Stir in buttermilk. | | 4 | Add lemon extract. | | 5 | Pour into pie shell. | | 6 | Bake at 400°F 30 to 35 minutes until pie is set. | | 7 | Serve at room temperature |
