1 medOnion, chopped
2 canIdaho kidney beans*
-- (16 oz each)
3/4 lbsRound steak

1 can(6 oz) tomato paste
1 tbspChili powder
1 tbspDry parsley
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 Green pepper, diced
1 can(16 oz) tomatoes
2 tbspPacked brown sugar
1 tspGround cumin
1 tspCoriander
1 tspDried oregano
1 tspRosemary, crushed
CONDIMENTS
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion
Diced tomatoes
Diced avocados
Dairy sour cream
Procedures:
1Saute onion & garlic in oil; add meat and brown.
2Add remaining ingredients except condiments.
3Simmer, covered, 1-?hours; stir occasionally.
4Serve with choice of condiments.
5Makes about 6 servings.
