Ingredients:

| tbsp | Lime juice | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1
| tbsp | Honey | | 1
| lbs | Sea Scallops | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ginger | | 2
| tbsp | Toasted sesame seeds |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine lime juice, oil, honey,soy sauce, and ginger. | | 2 | Add scallops and toss to caot. | | 3 | Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally. | | 4 | Remove scallops from marinade, reserving marinade. | | 5 | Thread scallops evenly on 4 skewers. | | 6 | Place skewers on shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick coating. | | 7 | Broil 4-6 inches from source of heat 2-3 minutes. | | 8 | Turn and baste with reserved marinade and continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until opaque throughout. | | 9 | Place sesame seeds on wax paper and roll each skewer over the seeds to evenly coat scallops. | | 10 | Serve immediately |
