Honey broiled sea scallops

Ingredients:
3 tbspLime juice
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 tbspHoney
1 lbsSea Scallops
1 tbspSoy sauce
1/4 tbspGinger
2 tbspToasted sesame seeds
Procedures:
1Combine lime juice, oil, honey,soy sauce, and ginger.
2Add scallops and toss to caot.
3Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
4Remove scallops from marinade, reserving marinade.
5Thread scallops evenly on 4 skewers.
6Place skewers on shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick coating.
7Broil 4-6 inches from source of heat 2-3 minutes.
8Turn and baste with reserved marinade and continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until opaque throughout.
9Place sesame seeds on wax paper and roll each skewer over the seeds to evenly coat scallops.
10Serve immediately
