| cup | Thinly sliced sweet red | | | Ginger | | | Optional...Enoki Mushrooms | | | DRESSING | | 3
| tbsp | Red wine vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Light soy sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Oriental sesame oil | | 1
| tbsp | Juice from a jar of sweet | | | Red ginger | | 2
| tsp | Hoisin sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Chinese chili sauce | | 1/2

Procedures:
