1 cupRegular Long Grain Rice

1 cupMilk
1/4 cupGreen Onions, Sliced, About

2 tspCurry Powder
1/8 tspGarlic Powder
1/8 tspGround Red Pepper, Cayenne
10 ozCondensed Cream Of Celery
-Soup, 1 Can
2 ozPimientos, Diced And Drained
-1 Jar
1 largeEgg, Hard Cooked, Peeled
-And Sliced
1/3 cupAlmonds, Sliced And Toasted
1/4 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1Heat the oven to 350 degrees c. mix all of the ingredients, except the egg, almonds and raisins, together in an ungreased 2-quart casserole.
2Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
3Serve topped with the egg, almonds, and raisins.
