| cup | Yellow Fin Tuna Or Other | | | -Lean Fish Fillets, Grilled | | | -And Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces | | | -About One Pound | | 4
| med | Celery Stalks, Chopped | | | -About 2 Cups | | 1
| cup | Fat Free Plain Yogurt | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh Parsley, Chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Red Wine (Or Cider) Vinegar | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground Cumin | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground Black Pepper |

Procedures:
